The outer area offers a variety of pleasant places to sit such as a dining table for eight people, a comfortable lounge area and eight easily movable sun loungers. Small side tables round off the outdoor furnishings.

The property is gated and barely visible behind a lockable, radio-controlled gate. Parking for two to three cars is available in the grounds. The villa itself has two floors and a living area of approximately 200 m².
